Up and out at 8am on a Saturday morning to show some love to the homie Russ. *yawn* Russ participated in his first triathlon this morning. The TriFreaks hosted the Federal Escape Tri 2010 - which included a 1/4 mile swim, an 11.66 bike ride, and finished with a 2.93 run. Augh that's a lot to do!
Congrats to Russ who did it all in 1 hr and 19 minutes!
