One of the places in the world that I HAVE to visit is the world renowned Musee du Louvre aka the Louvre in Paris France. Originally the home of past Kings and Rulers, this palace was transformed into a museum in 1793. Since then it has housed some of the finest works of art in the world. It is the current home of the Venus de Milo, Da Vinci's Mona Lisa, Vermeer's Astronomer, and the newest addition is the The New Kingdom: Tutankhamun and his Successors.
Earlier this year my friend Craig ventured over to Europe and I told him of my dream to see the Louvre at dawn and dusk... living vicariously through his trip he did me proud and took some amazing shots. Including this "Diamond in the Rough" shot. Still oozing with envy!
